SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Once you have found the perfect piece of glass it will be packed and delivery will be arranged. The work is packed extremely carefully to ensure it arrives safely. All of our deliveries are currently contact-free.

International Shipping is not currently available on this website, due to the vast difference in cost to different countries. If you would like to purchase a piece from outside the UK or have any questions about international delivery or shipping contact clare@clarelwilsonglass.co.uk please include:

  • A link to the specific product(s) you are interested in

  • The full delivery address & country

We will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.

For most UK, EU, and US orders, we generally ship with Parcelforce and use a 24hr Express service for the UK and International Standard for all other items. Parcelforce will email you with tracking details once your purchases are on their way.

Breakages are extremely rare – as we said, we pack things well – but if your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will do our very best to resolve the situation satisfactorily.

All artworks on our online gallery have had the shipping costs set by a combination of their weight and the desired shipping destination. We reserve the right to amend the cost of shipping should for any reason we need to – although we should stress that this would be highly unlikely. If the amended cost was not satisfactory to you, then, of course, we would issue a full refund.

If you purchase an artwork and you’re not completely happy with it, you are welcome to return it to us (at your expense), and providing it arrives back safely, and in the exact condition it was sent, we’ll give you a full refund. We comply with the distance selling act regulations and you have seven working days from the day after you receive your goods to notify us if you’d like to return anything.

We do our absolute best to ship all purchases as soon as possible and aim to send most orders out within 5 working days. During busy periods this may increase slightly.

All purchased items that are pre-ordered or commissioned will have a different timescale and as the customer, you will be notified via email of when to expect your order.
